4 Dems join GOP fight to block EPA climate rules
Fri Mar 4, 2011
It's too late, anyway. The deterioration of the environment is now irreversible so we might as well quit trying. The power companies and the oil companies don't care because money is more important than life in their view.
Why Republicans are suddenly afraid of Obama
Tue Mar 1, 2011
Obama is proving to be a careful, thoughtful President that doesn't make hasty, rash decisions. He chooses his words carefully, works toward a consensus decision, and stays above the mindless name-calling that his detractors constantly use.
Agree or disagree: Pickets by anti-gay church members outside military funerals are free speech protected by the First Amendment
Wed Mar 2, 2011
Yeah, they have the right to do it, but they are showing how ignorant and hateful they are when they do.
Glenn Beck Attacks Wisconsin Teachers and Police For Supporting Protesters
Mon Feb 28, 2011
Beck is having fun with his conspiracy theories. Is he really as dumb and crazy as he seems, or is he just trying to appeal to the dumb, crazy people that believe his nonsense? Fox has no problem with him or others like him because he brings Fox ratings points, and that's all Murdoch cares about.
Wis. governor: Ax $900 million from education
Mon Feb 28, 2011
The nice thing about Walker's actions and those of other GOP governors is that all will be voted out when they come up for re-election. The people aren't going to tolerate being dumped on by a bunch of zealots. It really is nothing more than discrimination.
Economist predicts GOP cuts would cost 700,000 jobs
Mon Feb 28, 2011
Of course the GOP plan will eliminate jobs; their ideas of "helping" the economy ALWAYS cost American jobs. They have never been on the side of the working man. It's always "help the rich", "help the poor, starving corporations", "help the oil companies". Who do they think …
Tea party ends tour in capital it loves to hate
Thu Apr 15, 2010
The tea baggers don't have a clue about what they're saying. They don't care what it is that Obama wants, they're against it. A great amount of their ire is toward a black president, not his policies. Any idiot can see that.
Iran: 'Cowboy' Obama 'can't do a damn thing'
Wed Apr 7, 2010
Ahmadinejad is not fooling anybody. He's scared and just trying to seem tough. He knows that Iran will be crushed like a bug if Obama chooses to do so. We CAN do it, and the fanatics on the right-wing would be speechless if Obama sent in the bombers.
U.S. approves killing of American cleric
Wed Apr 7, 2010
Great! Waste the traitor. I'll bet a hard line stance like that just drives the conservatives crazy. Even the biggest Obama hater can't bad mouth him on that one. I'd say our President is learning the ropes of his position pretty well. Keep it up, Barack.
